Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) finance team is driving the automation of finance processes as part of the Cross Border Transportation Products that will manage all aspects of international freight movement. This Program Manager role will be primarily responsible for the program management of the global launch of automated Receivable, Payment, and Creditworthiness solutions. Working directly with AGL product, AGL tech, Accounting and Finance Operations teams, you will manage the ROI analysis, financial requirements definition, and financial process change for the programs. The ideal candidate will be a program manager with tactical finance operations experience, proficiency in financial process development and change management, excellent cross-functional communication, and ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Bachelor's degree required Proven background and prior experience in a program management or finance operational role Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines Fluent in Excel and SQL Master’s degree in Finance/accounting or MBA 5+ years of progressive responsibility in program or project management Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Experience within logistics or
