We're looking for a high impact, high energy leader to help us accelerate the modernization of our tens of billions commercial business. In Cloud + Enterprise (C+E), the Business Planning and Commercial Marketing team has the responsibility to transform and simplify how Microsoft goes to market moving our customers to a fully digital, subscription purchasing motion. This is a highly visible role in the center of our Azure business that requires the right level of thoughtful disruption to help customers and partners digitally transform. You must be obsessed with outside-in view of customer and partner needs and a tenacity to deliver results. In this role, you will lead Microsoft's commercial offering and contracting strategy across audiences and collaborate with stakeholders across the company and industry to ensure we deliver best-in-class solutions and experiences for our customers. You will focus on customer experience purchasing our cloud services and software across different audiences

Responsibilities include: Lead a collaborative effort across Microsoft to build and execute against our modern offer strategy with Business Planning, Commercial Licensing, Field, One Commercial Partner, CELA and Engineering Partner with the Azure Growth and Ecosystem to help define the modern customer experience across our Go to Market sales motions – Self Serve (Web Direct), Seller (Partner, Field), and Marketplace (ISV, Publishers) Analyze and diagnose complex product and business challenges, formulate solutions, and then motivate the broader organization to pragmatic action Identify opportunities
Qualifications include: 7+ years of relevant experience in business planning, product management, strategic consulting or field/partner/sales experience in the enterprise technology industry Excellent business analysis skills, taking complex datasets and turning them into insights Proven capability to develop strong working relationships with customers, senior executives, engineering teams, and product marketing groups Strong executive level communication skills—both written and verbal Familiarity with cloud technology and customer usage scenarios Passion to advocate for the needs of our customers,
