We are looking for an experienced program manager to own a portfolio of programs aligned to our content development process initiatives including the creation of content intake criteria, coordination of content intake teams, and analysis of key data to drive better content intake decisions. This leader will collaborate with the program sponsor, steering committees and other program managers to define the strategy, plan the implementation, drive execution and communicate results for the programs in their portfolio. The ideal candidate shows serious customer obsession and has broad experience working on global, cross-functional programs with
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of Program Management / Project Management / Content Management experience for large or global programs - Program ownership examples from start to finish and delivering successful results - Great program management skills with experience in influencing others outside of direct line of reporting, and advocating on behalf of the customer - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. - Experience copywriting and editing documents and managing content/editorial
