In the Cybersecuirity Solutions Group (CSG), we're passionate about this mission. The Cybersecurity business operations team is seeking a motivated and self-driven sales professional to fill a key role as a Business Program Manager. The Business Program Manager role is critical to: Ensuring predictable business and sales management rhythm across the organization Developing and providing business insights and analysis of the business Managing and driving operational excellence and instilling world class selling disciplines and capabilities, including adoption of related processes and tools, and driving cross-group and community collaboration and alignment. Integrating CSG programming efforts into the larger Microsoft

Drive a feedback loop between CSG group and Engineering, including making sure the ESE field understands the OneList process and submits evidence to the cases; own and manage the CISO Outside In customer schedule and engagement; and develop a consistent rhythm to review win/loss reviews Contribute to effective global sales and pre-sales motions with the Cybersecurity Solutions Group field leading a high-quality monthly ROB, planning cycles to drive and scale execution, and landing business outcomes in the field Be the point person for Ready, external and internal conference efforts to help management
3+ years of experience in business operations and managing programs with focus on customer outcomes 1+ years of experience or knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and Microsoft solutions 1+ years of experience or knowledge of the Microsoft field organization or experience with a role in a field sales organization Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills leveraging internal and external resources when needed to drive for results with a strong ability to distill widely variant feedback into root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
