Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure web services platform in the cloud (“cloud computing”). AWS is the leading platform for designing and developing applications for the cloud and is growing rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform. The Manager will support a rapidly growing AWS Global Business Operations team within the Product Management function. This candidate will predominantly partner with AWS Commerce Platform to work across multiple roadmaps and implementation of solutions that will continually enhance the customer experience and support downstream systems for all custom pricing programs. Other cross functional teams this candidate will partner with include but not limited to: Sales Operations, Strategic customer Engagement,
· BA/BS degree required · 7+ years of relevant professional experience · Advanced written communication skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership · Proven ability to communicate with business and technical audiences at all levels, including demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and decision makers · Excellent problem-solving skills · Experience translating findings into compelling recommendations, polished deliverables, and actionable programs · Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end
