Prime Air is looking for an experienced and creative leader to help define and carry out the vision of our Operations team. We are creating a groundbreaking service for customers and we need product leaders to help us scale. This candidate's experience includes managing complex multidisciplinary operations and working within technical and operations teams. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating on both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal customer relationship manager, educator, analyst, solutions architect, and implementer. A proven track-record, expertise, and passion for operations in manufacturing, maintenance, building infrastructure and strong financial acumen are critical. The optimal candidate excels within an entrepreneurial culture – providing vision, leadership, and flexibility. · 5+ years product management and/or business leadership experience · Experience working with engineering team to build technology products or services · Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives · Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort with pro-forma financial and operational analysis · BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience; · Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel· Strong strategic
