Amazon is seeking a general manager with proven experience in strategy, execution, negotiation, and team development to lead the Prime Pantry business team. As the Senior Program Leader, you will own the P and L for the Pantry business and will be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team, developing plans to improve Pantry’s supply chain costs and product availability, creating strong partnerships with vendors, running day-to-day operations, and delivering innovation to improve the customer experience. The best candidate will have a broad skill set, with demonstrated career progression and a proven track record of delivering results. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical acumen, superb business judgment, and a propensity to dive deep to solve complex problems. · Bachelor’s degree · 5-7 years of relevant senior level experience in retail, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results · 5+ years experience in a general management role · 5+ years experience hiring and managing a team· MBA with 10 years relevant business experience · Superior analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with complex financial data · Track record of delivering results, setting strategy, and running a large volume and high profile business · Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and
