The Amazon Prime Air Team is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead a series of recruiting initiatives across the Prime Air organization focused on driving the technology partnership with internal partners, ensure roadmaps are properly communicated, and be the voice of Prime Air stakeholders, finance, recruiting and HR. As a Program Manager you will work with senior leaders across multiple business lines as well as Recruiting partners and our team to drive actions and initiatives that enable the continued growth and scalability of our hiring processes.
