Senior Product Manager
Amazon Handmade is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help us grow on behalf of Customers and Artisans. The Handmade team connects Artisans with Customers around the world to offer unique, hand-crafted goods on a global scale. We have a growing business and are looking to scale with your help! As Senior Product Manager, you will participate in developing the strategy, and delivering detailed, crisp business requirements that will be used to create new products and programs for Artisans and Customers. You will work side by side with a talented team of designers, marketing managers, and software developers in an agile environment launching new products while managing launched products concurrently. You’ll own building and executing product roadmaps, drive the day to day product development schedule from design through release, own the product life cycle, and perform deep analytics on Customer and Artisan facing experiences that define the next generation of Amazon Handmade
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, design or related field · 5+ years professional experience in product management, financial analysis, and/or marketing · Proficiency with Excel or SQL required · Ability to travel 25%· MBA · Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment · Track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives · Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success · Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
