What’s a long-standing challenge of our global operations teams? Scalable performance metrics measurement, specific improvement opportunities, and detailed insights. Many of our global operations team members spend valuable time analyzing their own/team performance when they would rather focus on improving performance to help create a better Customer support experience. How do we use analytics, statistics, machine learning (ML), and a user-facing (self-service) product in combination to help solve this problem at scale? That’s the opportunity and challenge for the Sr. Product Manager for Selling Partner Support. In this role, you will work directly with operations, program, and tech resources to develop and execute a cross-team roadmap. This roadmap will deliver a product that (at scale) isolates unique/custom insights to improve operational performance. You’ll work backwards from our frontline Associates’ daily work to develop self-service solutions that replace manual metrics research

· Bachelor’s degree In business, engineering, marketing, design or related field is required · Professional experience in product management, financial analysis, and/or marketing with approximately 5+ years’ experience · Proficiency with Excel or Access required· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever changing environment · Proven track record of delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives · Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
