We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Supply Chain and Instock Leader who thrives on solving complex problems to develop a Supply Chain and Inventory Management strategy across multiple channels. This is a highly visible position that requires a candidate with the proven leadership ability to facilitate and guide Supply Chain improvements within the Kitchen team as well as the broader Hardlines organization. This leader must motivate others to meet the challenges of a highly deadline-driven environment and will work closely with our technology teams to merge Amazon systems with Supply Chain principles. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results. You should have a strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have strong data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working on cross-functional teams. This role will require close collaboration externally
· 3+ years relevant experience in forecasting, demand/inventory planning and/or supply chain management · 10+ years of overall experience · Experience leading teams and recruiting, hiring and developing talent · Data driven problem solving and strong analytical skills · Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines · Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement · Experience presenting to Senior Management · MBA/Masters
