Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly effective candidate to drive Continuity of Supply (COS) and inventory management strategies within the server rack business. In this role, the candidate will manage the supply of server components (adaptors, cables, cards etc.) in close collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors. Driving supply related initiatives and actions are critical to help enable AWS’s Supply Chain and Procurement team achieve continuity of supply and cost goals. The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, program management experience, be comfortable diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, lead executive-level reviews, and communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the company, both in writing and in meetings. § Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines. § 3+ years of years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, finance or related field § Experience in program managing projects and products. § Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. § Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. § Strong analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining. § Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively
