We are looking for a leader with proven experience to drive process improvements and thought leadership in inventory planning and operations. The Senior Instock Manager will own large initiatives to drive efficiencies, manage inventory levels, and partner with brands to improve our joint supply chains. They will use data to influence others and build scalable systems and processes, rather than just addressing single issues. They will be responsible for all aspects of planning and operations, including: driving improved in-stock, inventory planning and optimization, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead times), improving purchasing automation, systematic forecasting, efficiency improvements within the fulfillment centers, and interfacing with software development teams to drive projects that improve customer experience and operations. Additionally, they will drive initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and process improvement within retail and operations

· Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline. · Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. · Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done. · Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques. · Operates as a team player, likes to have fun at work, and has a positive attitude. · The ability to use both formal and informal
