The mission of the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) is to help our largest enterprise customers unlock savings and agility by accelerating their mass migration toward AWS. Helping customers achieve these benefits at scale requires building impactful assets and guidance plus close collaboration across functional teams. . As the Program Manager for AWS Migration Acceleration Program, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the development, planning and execution of cross-functional projects to help AWS’s enterprise customers achieve migration success. You will work closely
· +8 years of relevant experience in technology companies or consulting services · Deep program management experiences in fast-moving global business environments · Excellent interpersonal skill: ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities · Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage senior relationships; ability to influence widely without authority · Strong analytics background and familiarity with sales and analytics tools and collaboration platforms including Excel, Salesforce
