Operations Finance Technology team, responsible for building technical solutions for multi-billion WW Operational Cost analytic including Inbound cost (Receiving / PO), variable Cost, fixed cost, outbound (Customer Shipments / Transportation), and Customer Service, is looking for a Principal Program Manager. In this role you will work as liaison between technology (comprise of Business Intelligence, software engineering, UX design teams) and finance teams. You will not only understand what are needs of the customers but also define what they actually need. This unique position has challenge where customers define metrics in their own way, resulting in 100s of metrics across the board, Ideal candidate will have ability to step back and look at holistic picture and drive both, the business teams and the technical team to build right solution.
