This role will be on our FBA Onsite team, working to enable new Selection out of Seller warehouses by configuring their warehouse as a mini Amazon Fulfillment Center. To support the program's 2019 growth plans, Amazon Fulfillment Services is expanding its fulfillment network and is seeking an individual to help launch new Sellers into the program. The right candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented individual. The primary responsibilities will be to configure and launch new Sellers into the program, troubleshooting issues in our software and related dependencies as they arise. The candidate will be responsible for creating and updating SOPs
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience · Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who) · Strong oral and written communication skills to create relationships with carriers and sellers · Ability to think clearly and analyze quantitatively using multiple systems required when launching a node· Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field is a plus · 3+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
