Subscribe and Save (SnS) helps millions of customers each day save money on easy replenishment of everyday essential items. It is a strategic Amazon initiative that is dynamically changing the way customers shop for replenishable items at Amazon.com. The SnS team is looking for a creative, highly-motivated Senior Program Manager with a proven ability to think big and drive impact at scale. This role is global in scope and will engage with business leaders across all Amazon locales. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Subscribe and Save Selection strategy to ensure customers have access to their desired replenishable products in the program. You will partner with senior leaders across Amazon to implement your selection strategy and will deliver step-change growth in the program as a result. In addition, you will partner closely with the Product and Technical teams to scale the selection approach globally. You will also drive innovation in how Subscribe and Save
· Analytical thinker with a proven ability to probe and get “under the hood” of established business operations and processes, while still staying aligned with the long term plans and goals · Agile problem solver who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions for the customer · Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) · Think and act both strategically and tactically · Strong understanding of Retail fundamentals, including performance metrics·
