The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing Service Providers on our ecosystem that help Amazon Sellers launch into new marketplaces, manage their current business operations, and grow their sales. We’re looking for a passionate individual with a track record of exceptional performance, who loves working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm. This is a high-profile position with the opportunity to work with dozens of team’s across the globe. · 7+ Years of project / program management is required. · 5+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects. · Bachelor's degree is required, Computer Science or related field preferred.· International Business experience · Experience in contact center operations, management consulting, or account management · Experience optimizing for short term execution while planning for long term technical capabilities. · SQL or equivalent statistical analysis software · MBA · · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior business
