At Amazon, we work hard to ensure that every Amazon product or service our customers purchase is made or handled in a way that ensures respect for the rights of workers throughout our supply chain and operations. Our Social Responsibility team partners with internal businesses, suppliers, and service providers to assess risks in places where we source and operate, design solutions to help understand and mitigate those risks, and implement continuous improvement models. We are looking for a Social Responsibility Program Manager to lead supplier assessment programs that scale with Amazon's growing business and supplier base.The program manager will be expected to handle day-to-day issues (constantly thinking about how to invent and simplify to improve), but will also be expected to strategize on longer-term, program-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is: · Equally proficient in Word writing documents as in Excel doing analysis · A self-starter who over-indexes on ownership and accountability

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; · 5+ years of experience working in operations, social responsibility, or compliance; · Ability to take initiative and execute results in an ever-evolving work environment; · Strong attention to detail; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; · Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions; · Ability to problem-solve independently; and · Proficiency in Excel. · Background in retail/sourcing, program/project management, supply chain operations, and/or logistics; · Experience with workflow management systems; · Knowledge of SQL or Tableau; ·
