At Amazon, we work hard to ensure that every Amazon product or service our customers purchase is made or handled in a way that ensures respect for the rights of workers throughout our supply chain and operations. Our Sustainability/Social Responsibility team partners with internal businesses, suppliers, and service providers on a continuous improvement model, researching and identifying risks in places where we source and operate, and designing solutions to help understand and mitigate those risks. The Social Responsibility/Responsible Sourcing Program Manager will be responsible for developing and launching programs to ensure suppliers and service providers adhere to the highest ethical standards according to Amazon's Supplier Code of Conduct. This person will engage with cross-functional teams to generate develop program requirements that are impactful and scalable and work cross-functionally to track, coordinate, and launch programs. · BA or equivalent experience · 5+ years of relevant experience · Experience with cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and bias for action · Track record of creating metrics and making data driven decisions when defining and launching programs. · Written and verbal communication and analytical skills, including ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems and work with cross functional teams · Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders· Master’s Degree in education, marketing, communications or similar graduate degree · Experience working in (or demonstrated
