The Bing Growth team is looking for a senior program manager to join our group. The team reports to the Bing CVP and this position will report to the Director of Growth. This org is where the rubber meets the road – our charter is to sustainably grow Bing, on desktop and mobile, by growing users and engagement. We achieve our goals by building platforms for product notifications and interest based emails; distributing search clients via OEMs and ISVs; creating extensions and protecting defaults on all 1st and 3rd party browsers; and working cross-company with orgs like Microsoft News and Windows to ideate, develop and ship features for our users. We're looking for a senior program manager with Mobile experience and a proven track record of building relationships within and outside their orgs. You will be working with other teams across Bing to ideate and deliver on growth features. You will also be running exec shiprooms and comms for your features. While this role will focus on Mobile
Lead the vision and planning for Mobile Growth features across Bing Develop plans for flighting and experimentation across product canvases Collaborate cross-organizations on high impact, high visibility product and features Take insights and translate them into features or actions to grow Bing Gather requirements and proactively communicate issues and status Create scalable solutions that can be applied as a framework for solving multiple scenarios across different partners and device types
Previous product and feature growth experience MBA or advanced technical degree such as MS or PhD General knowledge of Microsoft and competitive Web technologies, such as .NET, ASP, XML/HTML, and XML Web services, etc. 8+ years program management or related experience Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem identification/resolution skills Successful track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
