Transparency represents an incredible opportunity to raise retail industry standards around authenticity, product transparency, and supply chain tracking. Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global industry wide standard that allows consumer brands to track and trace goods through the supply chain, ensure only authentic product enters the supply chain, and provide consumers transparent information about the origin and authenticity of the goods they purchase both online and in retail stores. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers We are looking to hire a program manager who will define and implement business processes to solve complex business problems. This role will require the candidate to would work closely with product management, business development, software teams and our
- 3+ years of experience in setting up and managing business processes across multiple geographies - Experience in running customer support operations in a b2b setting - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree required. - Data analysis, problem solving and project management skills. - Strong computer skills, working in multiple applications, especially the MS Office Suite - Master’s degree (MBA, Math, Engineering, Science). - Experience in supply chain management or manufacturing operations - Experience in 6 sigma process improvement methodologies
