Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is the team that powers worldwide operations for Prime Now, Whole Foods, Fresh, Restaurants, Pantry and more. GSF is at the forefront of final mile delivery innovation. The team is looking for a leader to drive innovation in the last mile space in terms of customer/delivery experience and cost. The Program Manager will have responsibility for several customer experience and cost goals and metrics, and will drive the roadmap to enhance this space. The ideal candidate for the role will be creative and analytical, with strong business judgment allowing them to navigate an ambiguous space. The leader will possess the ability to quickly troubleshoot and respond in the now while relentlessly thinking about how to enhance the future. The leader will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance. To be successful, the leader will need to be able to partner with retail and technical counterparts, and have the ability to operate and influence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university and/or 2+ years Amazon experience - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, and stay connected to details. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cater these communications to different audiences - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables - MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other technical field. - 5+ years’ of total work experience
