We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the product team building solutions for employees and managers across Amazon. The role will develop and drive high visibility programs that will have a direct impact on the employee experience. The Program Manager will own the intake funnel, optimize stakeholder communication, help define and execute complex growth and expansion projects, and drive key operational process improvement activities. This role will also have responsibility for aligning the programs and roadmaps across People Tech and collaborating with business and development teams across the company to manage the end to end delivery. · Bachelor’s Degree · 4+ years of program management experience · Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to this position. · Proven track record in successful managing complex cross functional programs. · Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization. · Ability to challenge the status quo, question existing practices, problem solve and formulate winning proposals for process change. · Ability to grasp complex system relationships and tools quickly. ·
