Amazon’s Global Finance HR Team seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic and operational components for the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). FLDP is a three-year rotational program for recent MBA graduates with the objective of hiring and developing future leadership across the Finance organization. The FLDP Senior Program Manager is responsible for influencing and partnering with senior leaders across Finance and Student Programs recruiting while also providing day-to-day support for participants and implementing key program initiatives/strategic program components. Identifying areas to improve systems and processes is also a core responsibility to enable the Program to grow and scale with the Finance organization. A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, is detail oriented and uses data and analytical skills to make decisions and influence key partners. In addition, a successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required · Minimum of 7+ years of HR and program management experience · Strong business acumen, including problem solving and analytical skills and self-initiative · The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - oriented on results. Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization ·Proven capability with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint · Master’s or MBA degree in business, HR or related field · Experience as an HR Business Partner · Experience managing large projects
