The Xbox Platform Developer Experience team is responsible for defining and delivering an industry leading developer experience and tools for the top game developers in the world on both the Xbox console and PC. We are looking for a strong Program Manager who shares our passion for enabling developers to build amazing Xbox One and PC games and wants to deliver features that developers will love. Our ideal candidate is an experienced technical program manager

Be at the heart of defining, organizing, and driving our features and strategy for future developer tools Collaborate with hardware and software engineers, design, marketing, 1PP and 3PP game studios, and other key contributors Manage and support feature crews in delivering high quality tools features on schedule Contribute to agenda and content for management project updates Own and drive the communication and action-item follow-ups resulting from any meetings Be a member of an organization that provides ample opportunity for growth
3+ years of industry experience in Technical Program Management or related disciplines Passion for Gaming, developers and developer tools History of successful delivery on complex features and products Excellent, demonstrated written and oral communication skills Experience successfully delivering features with cross-group dependencies and impact Ability to work independently, escalating and informing as required
