Are you excited about solving customer problems at scale by applying data science and machine learning algorithms? The Amazon Reorder Innovations team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help manage and drive product and technical direction Amazon Internet of Things (IOT) SmartHome efforts for the Virtual Dash Buttons Services, a package of SDK and APIs that Amazon has introduced to help device manufacturers to integrate Amazon shopping into their appliances. This is a unique opportunity to make impact in an emerging technical space and invent the future of shopping. Our team is focused on growing existing and incubating new initiatives to help millions of customers each day seamlessly reorder their everyday essential products, from house supplies and pet food to protein bars and favorite treats.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline · 7+ years of relevant engineering experience · 4+ years program management experience · Experience in generating project/program reports for consumption by executive management · Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions · Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building
