· 5+ years’ program management experience, with a passion for building security culture · The candidate will have succeeded in delivering programs/services in a high growth environment and will have thrived in ambiguity and shifting priorities · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss engineer-focused tools and training concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with our technical communities · A track record that reflects leadership in managing technology projects that are to become integrated into corporate culture· Experience in generating automated metrics to measure program
