- Defining our roadmap and iteration plans (https://github.com/Microsoft/appcenter/wiki/Roadmap) - Establishing partnernships with internal Azure teams to build new backend solutions for client application developers. - Improving the fundamentals of the platform - Creating feature specifications in co-ordination with relevant engineering teams - Building prototypes and driving architectural design - Work cross-team with Azure, Office, Bing, Xbox, HoloLens, and large external Software Makers
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of Software Program/Product Management experience - 2+ years of mobile software development experience Preferred qualifications: - Full-stack web development experience, or experience in improving the fundamentals of web/application/cloud platform(s) - Broad understanding of the mobile and web platforms, developer workflows, and tools ecosystem - Passion for working with customers and advocating for their requirements to be met by features Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
