As the Recruiting Manager for Amazon Game Studios and Game Tech, you will partner closely with our business leaders and recruiters to craft and drive a recruiting strategy to attract the most talented people in the industry and the world. This is far from your typical recruiting management job. We are building a game studio (AAA PC Titles), a game engine and game services inside one of the world's largest software and retail companies. We are growing this business from the ground floor. Which means there is an ample amount of tough challenges, opportunities for impact, and unparalleled career potential. This role will provide the opportunity to significantly shape and own how we think about Talent Acquisition within the Amazon Games eco-system and will directly contribute to the AWS business as we continue our pursuit of being the most customer-centric company on the planet. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree · 5+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience · 3+ years leading a team · Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team · Experience managing Recruiting Managers or recruiting leaders · Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets · Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results oriented environment · Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
