Basic Qualifications · 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development · BA or BS degree · Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification · Project management experience · Proficient in obtaining, organizing and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis · Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel · Strategic thinker and a change agent · Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities and develop improvement project plans for various workflows · Self-starter with a high degree
