The Selling Partner Support business, and its many thousands of contact center Associates globally, is critical to the success of several Amazon services, including Marketplace, Fulfillment by Amazon, Global Selling, and B2B. We enable Sellers, Vendors and Brands large and small to delight customers in unexpected ways, helping them build their businesses, and compete across the globe. We cannot support our Selling Partners without first engaging our Associates. We believe every employee interaction builds trust, increases performance and drives engagement to enable extraordinary Selling Partner experiences. We’re looking for someone to lead our Associate Learning and Performance team who feels the same way. Engage.
Experience Required: · Bachelor’s degree · 10-12+ years’ experience; 5-7 managing a high performance global team · Experience managing managers in a matrixed organization · Experience in project management and facilitation of process improvement initiatives · Facilitation and presentation experience at all levels of the organization, and to audiences of all sizes · Demonstrated creativity in problem solving · Demonstrated ability to influence without authority at levels higher and lower than one’s own · Ability to travel up to 30%Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree specialism in Adult
