The Selling Partner Paid Services organization team is looking for an Escalations Process Specialist who is a team player capable of working in a dynamic environment focused on addressing Selling Partner escalated enforcement issues. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program and improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction. The Sr. Program Manager improves the customer experience on Amazon by working directly with selling partners and Account Managers directly to collect insights. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes, and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner satisfaction and enable scalability. The SPPS Program Management team is responsible for building robust processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Statistics, or Finance · 5+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail, and/or project management experience · Proficiency with Excel· MBA or MEng preferred · Lean/Six Sigma experience · Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel · Proven experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal communication · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning and task delegation · Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment · Sound business judgment
