- Lead the team to achieve quality, schedule and scope objectives and accomplish this while partnering with peer teams to deliver delightful services for our customers. - Provide hands-on technical leadership to the software engineering teams: architecture, design, development, quality assurance and live-site. - Partner with Product Management and other teams in Dynamics 365 to meet immediate and longer-term objectives. - Identify and create plan of action to hire and retain top talent, strengthen bench talent and succession plans within the software engineering team. Successful candidates need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required. - 10+ years of software engineering/development experience (design, architecture, development, quality assurance and services implementation ) - 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated passion for improving software quality and engineering excellence. - Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages. - C# and Typescript/JavaScript experience a plus - Experience in developing Azure based
