- Lead the team to achieve quality, schedule and scope objectives and accomplish this while partnering with peer teams to deliver delightful services for our customers. - Provide hands-on technical leadership to the software engineering teams: architecture, design, development, quality assurance and live-site. - Partner with Product Management and other teams in Dynamics 365 to meet immediate and longer-term objectives. - Identify and create plan of action to hire and retain top talent, strengthen bench talent and succession plans within the software engineering team.
