The Manager of Easements and Partnerships will lead AWS efforts to develop partnerships with public and private entities to acquire underground pathways for deployment of conduit and fiber optic infrastructure. As Manager you will develop strategies for easement acquisition and develop partnerships with both public and private land owners across our regions. The Manager of Easements and Partnerships should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. They should also have a demonstrated ability to negotiate multimillion-dollar contracts from
· 3+ years of business development and/or real estate experience in an infrastructure environment · Valid Real Estate License · Experience working with easements, licenses, right-of-way permits and building entry agreements · Valid driver’s license · Experience with MS Office and GIS Tools · Has led complex easement acquisition programs · International business experience · Excellent attention to detail is essential · Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands to deliver for the customers in a specific time window · Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the
