As the Principal Edge Colo Technical Business Developer within Amazon Web Services Infrastructure, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to expand and build out AWS infrastructure for edge colocation services in new and existing markets across the globe. You will own colocation vendor relationships, opportunity identification, market and financial analysis, deal analysis, vendor selection, and help with negotiation and contracting. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CXO/VP level, as well as a technical background that enables them to
· BS degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience · 7 years of partner/business development and/or program/product management experience in an infrastructure environment. · Ability to negotiate legal documents and interact with legal resources. · Telecommunications experience (Technical or operations) or (Sales, Marketing or Product Management), and (procurement, sourcing or Contract Negotiations). · International experience; and or fluency in English and additional languages. · Willing to travel.· Master's degree or MBA. · Strong written and verbal communication
