The Amazon Logistic Technology Integration (ALTI) team is seeking an Operations Program Management professional with an operational and technology integration background. We are a team that has a worldwide focus on the sustainable and effective launch, adoption and utilization of Amazon’s Delivery Technology (AmDT) with the goal of protecting and improving customer experience. This role mainly includes organization level projects from medium to large scale, working with a large number of cross-functional teams. It requires having an intimate knowledge of AmDT’s internal business users and how their use of AmDT ultimately affects Amazon’s customers. · 4+ years of Program/Project Management experience in a related industry · Bachelor's degree in Ops Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field · Demonstrated strong collaborative problem-solving skills evidenced by results in past positions · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Result orientated and can-do attitude with a strong sense of conviction · Meets time commitments and deadlines, or negotiates accordingly · Highly developed leadership ability · Experience of implementing a wide range of Change management and process improvement activities· MBA
