We are looking for a Manager to join our Seattle-based Product Safety and Compliance team, supporting the global safety and compliance programs which ensures the safety and compliance of products offered for sale on Amazon. The Product Safety and Compliance Program is our primary program to design and implement Amazon product compliance policies and mitigate related risks. The Manager, Product Safety leads a team of Program Manager and owns execution of projects to achieve goals and drive initiatives leveraging data. This role is crucial to managing high safety and compliance risk initiatives, executing program processes, improving existing processes,
· Bachelor's degree · 5+ years’ experience in Program or Operations Management roles with at least 3 of those years leading people · Experience with data analytics, reporting results and identifying trends · Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team and achieve critical deadlines · Exceptional organizational skills · Ability to work independently and autonomously · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting · Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
