APN Partners include the largest consulting partners, systems integrators, MSPs, technology partners, ISVs, and distributors that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform. As the Head of APN Partner Referrals within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be responsible for shaping, evangelizing, and day-to-day management of the program, working cross-functionally with AWS teams around the world. You will have the unique opportunity to work with field sales and partner team to ensure AWS is delivering a valuable experience to APN Partners in supporting their customer opportunities. · Experience in program management, business planning, market strategy, and successful execution · 10+ years of program or partner management · Bachelor’s degree required, technical, business or marketing degrees preferred · Experience working in enterprise software or IT services firm · MBA · Proven track record for bias for action, execution and delivering results · Must possess an enthusiasm for technology · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. · Strong organizational skills
