As part of the Cloud and AI (C and AI) organization, our business depends on our ability to provide all our partners with a world-class user experience. We work closely with internal and external teams, actively incorporate partner feedback and obsess over delivering the capabilities our partners need to run their business with us. Our team runs Microsoft Partner Center, the primary experience that connects all types of partners with the programs and tools they use to engage with Microsoft. Partner Center provides a common dashboard, UI, payouts, communications, analytics and support structure to simplify working together. The Partner Experience (PX) engineering team is looking for a passionate, talented and creative person to help us improve the overall experience, reduce support costs and deliver new capabilities that drive partner satisfaction. We have a strong track record of delivering high impact projects while having a great time doing it.
As the Program Manager in this role, you will be responsible for defining what we need to build, partnering with developers to get it done, measuring results and driving continual improvements. This is a hands-on role that will focus on delivering results for the Partner Center Portals team that runs our dashboard, shell, UX framework, support and communications services. The ideal candidate will have a bias toward action, strong UI instincts, solid technical background, natural desire to drive projects to completion and amazing communication skills. You will work directly with customers/partners,
• 3-5+ years of program management (or equivalent) experience • BA/BS •Experience working directly with commercial partners, incentive programs, Azure or a deep understanding of the Microsoft sales channels is a plus • A proven track record of planning, building, deploying, testing and improving user experiences • Solid communication and presentation skills that produce favorable results • Excellent track record of cross group collaboration • Experience writing functional specifications, and collaborating with software engineers • Ambitious, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
