Amazon’s Selling Partner Paid Services programs improve customer experience on Amazon.com by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their businesses. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction and enable scalability. As a Program Manager, Selling Partner Insights, you will own the strategy for measuring and improving the selling partner experience. This includes developing and maintaining Selling Partner feedback mechanisms, leading the design and implementation of automated survey processes, and collaborating with leadership across the organization to build self-service tools that surface relevant Selling Partner insights based on anecdotal and survey data. In addition, you will have responsibility for driving Selling Partner satisfaction

· Bachelor’s degree · 4+ years of relevant experience· MBA or Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Applied mathematics, Survey Methodology, or equivalent program · Outstanding interpersonal skills - decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate and inspire others. · Experience in marketing, brand management, consumer insights, or experience working closely with those functional areas. · Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgment. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions. · Proficiency in at least one web-based survey platforms. E
