We are hiring a Program Manager to help us deliver services and experiences for empowering Microsoft's developer and partner ecosystem to be successful. We are looking for a program manager to lead the product definition, design, implementation, and expansion of our Incentive Experiences platform serving our partner ecosystem. • Work closely with multiple internal and external partner teams to set the vision, drive alignment across groups, and execute on the plan to ship your services. • Drive the design and implementation of components across our partner incentive platform based on key partner scenarios that expand across multiple engineering teams in Microsoft. • Gather feedback from external partners and internal Microsoft stakeholders to identify key adoption and implementation blockers, and drive continuous product and service improvements. • Identify key compliance risks, controls, and metrics to drive our services
• 3-5+ years of program management (or equivalent) experience • BA/BS • Experience working directly with commercial partners, incentive programs, Azure or a deep understanding of the Microsoft sales channels is a plus • A proven track record of planning, building, deploying, testing and improving user experiences • Solid communication and presentation skills that produce favorable results • Excellent track record of cross group collaboration • Experience writing functional specifications, and collaborating with software engineers • Ambitious, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
