Senior Business Program Management, Commerce and Ecosystems – Marketplace and Partner Team The marketplace and partner team within the Commerce and Ecosystems engineering (C+E) group is looking for a high energy and motivated individual to help us define the future of partner programs including onboarding and engagement experiences. This role represents an opportunity to tackle one of the biggest growth areas for Microsoft, driving accelerated growth of Microsoft Azure and Business Applications with our partner ecosystem. In this role you will lead efforts to transform our partner platform tools into an end to end engagement platform. You will to define business requirements, develop concepts in user experience and launch new capabilities in market. In this role you are responsible for representing the voice of the partner and our business stakeholders within the engineering process and will work closely with teams across Microsoft including the One Commercial Partner and Marketing teams

This person will be responsible for: • Driving business requirements to define the end to end partner experiences within partner center. • Developing concepts for experience redesign, engagement methods and user experience design. • Creating launch plans for new capabilities in conjunction with marketing and partner teams. • Defining methods of measurement and metrics to support partner engagement. • Reporting to senior business and technical leaders within Microsoft on progress and plans. • Working directly with partners, engineers and field teams to resolve issues and improve experiences. The ideal candidate will have: • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing or program management. • Aptitude to frame, analyze and solve complex problems • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends • Experience with managed services models, IT Service Management (ITIL) a plus • Exceptional community building skills and extensive cross-group coordination • Ability to manage ambiguity, identifying systemic approaches to solving problems • Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written
