Microsoft's One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization is looking for a highly motivated leader with a passion for driving cross-team collaboration to bring together the Microsoft and Partner sellers of our largest customers to accelerate Digital Transformation. The Sell-With team in OCP is seeking a business program manager to drive multiple programs that will have high visibility and global impact at Microsoft. The Sell-With Business Program Manager (BPM) will drive key processes for Strategic Partnering, which puts the customer at the center of our partner strategy in Microsoft's largest accounts. The Sell-With BPM will champion a new customer-facing approach for Enterprise Channel Managers (ECMs) to become an integral Strategic Account Team member that could serve as the model for all Enterprise in future years. Key accountabilities for the Sell-With BPM Coach the ECM community serving Strategic Accounts (S400) on the new customer-facing model of engagement. Work with other OCP teams (SI, ISV, MSP) to deliver a holistic view of influential partners in each of the S400. Develop Power BI (PBI) Dashboards that provide detailed account level information to the Strategic Account Teams and provide management with a common set of performance metrics. Ensure delivery of Partner Account Plans for each of the S400 accounts. Coordinate with Global SI and Area Sell With teams to drive the proactive partnering motion
Strong project management skills/experience 5 + years of e xperience landing programs and strategies on a global basis Strong communication skills including confidence in public speaking to audiences of all sizes Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills Proven competency to collaborate across organizations, deal with ambiguity, and drive impact without direct authority MBA Preferred
