The role will also have oversight of the relevant regulatory compliance for North America in general. The FMCSA Compliance Program Manager’s primary purpose is ensuring the appropriate programs and controls are implemented to enable Amazon to operate with the highest level of safety and compliance. · Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics or related field · 2+ years of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance experience in the Transportation Industry · 3+ years of related program or project management experience • CDS or CSP certification • Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with high expectations • Thinks big!
