The Social Responsibility (SR) program drives customer trust and business continuity by ensuring respect for the rights of workers throughout Amazon’s supply chain and operations. We uphold company standards and expectations (such as Amazon's Supply Chain Standards), and seek to constantly improve the tools and processes that we use in doing so. We are looking for a Social Responsibility Program Manager to provide global oversight of Amazon's supplier qualification standards and requirements, alongside rapid business growth into new categories and sourcing models. The program manager will be responsible for evaluating and implementing major changes to Amazon's SR standards and scorecard, as we ingest new data sources (industry association audits, worker surveys) to better detect risks in Amazon's growing supply chain. The program manager will manage day-to-day inquiries from sourcing and regional SR teams related to SR's requirements to ensure SR's program is implemented in a credible,
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; · 5+ years of experience working in social responsibility compliance, standards development, sourcing; · Strong attention to detail; · Proven written and verbal communication skills; · Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions; · Proven knowledge of business reporting; · Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple, changing priorities; · Proficiency in Excel. · Background in social responsibility audit programs and standards development; · Experience with workflow management systems; · Knowledge of SQL or Tableau; · Ability to operate both
