Program Manager, Ops Integration – Amazon Fresh Amazon Fresh is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects in the Amazon Fresh Ops Integration team. This role requires scoping large projects, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, and proven track record of delivering results are essential. This role is located in Seattle and will consist of 15-25% travel. Responsibilities include: · Gathering and analyzing data across order fulfillment functions to establish global standards for operations and in partnership with cross functional teams. · Building strong partnership with operations field leaders to drive standard practices across the Fresh network · Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university · 4+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis · 2+ years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of proposed project · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently · MBA and work experience in technical field is highly desired · Prior
