The Global Microsoft Affiliate team manages a rapidly growing online business, and currently has digital marketing programs in more than 50+ countries around the world. Microsoft offers consumers a compelling online destination to buy leading Microsoft products such as Surface, Xbox, Windows PCs, and Office 365. Microsoft's global affiliate program is expanding and is a significant part of Microsoft's growth of direct to consumer commerce and acquisition. Your role as Global Affiliate Program Manager will be to support, strategize, report, and communicate to internal and external teams on the Microsoft Affiliate program's results, best practices, and guidelines. You will also have responsibility to manage, and optimize the operational aspects of a global affiliate program with thousands of partners globally. This is truly an opportunity for global impact. This role is located in Redmond, WA and requires experience and expertise in (1) affiliate marketing, (2) communication and execution

Responsibilities include; Create and maintain formalized playbooks around affiliate guidelines, product launches, partner events, training and onboarding Manage day to day Affiliate Operations to ensure strategic alignment and support, and drive efficiency improvements Manage global communications in the private and public affiliate networks Tactical support on materials distributed globally (i.e. product launches, new commission guidelines, new initiatives, etc.) Results reporting across key stakeholders across Microsoft; Collect information and reports to formalize a global-view report Summarize
Qualifications: Experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate platforms and operations Experience in digital marketing across multiple tactics Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills Project management skill A great collaborator with internal teams and partners Experience and Education: - Bachelor's degree required - 5 to 7 years' experience
