In one of the most important and strategic verticals at Microsoft, the Education Vertical is looking for a passionate, collaborative and creative program manager to lead and execute our global training/professional develop partner program (AKA Global Training Partner Program (GTPP)) and the Professional development SKU creation and launch to support school, ministry and classroom engagements around the world. This role requires proven education and business experience, as well as strong people and communication skills. The role reports to
Develop a programmatic framework supported by a community of PD partners and quality curriculum for Microsoft local sales to leverage as part of their ministry and school leader plans to education transformation initiatives Develop a global PD SKU to facilitate the procurement of PD during the selling process Optimize the GTPP to nurture, support and scale our engagements with our global network of professional development partners to become a quality global programming experience designed to service the critical partner community, our education customers and our field sales engagements around
3+ years working experience in K-12 and/or HED Knowledge of the education industry with particular focus on K-12 vertical Strong presentation skills and storytelling capability Demonstrable experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups. Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrixed environments Excellent skills for planning, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail Passion and proven record for execution with measurable results Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate others Ability to deal with
