The AWS Training and Certification (T and C) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager, with business process experience, technical insight, education acumen, strong organizational skills, and interest in working cross-functionally within AWS to manage multiple global training programs. The Technical Program Manager within the AWS T and C Curriculum Team will support content development and release, working with Program contacts, global Business Partners, Technical Curriculum Architects, Curriculum Developers, and subject matter experts across AWS. Accuracy, relevancy, and time to market are critical attributes for
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · 5+ years’ experience in Project, Program, or Product Management · Must have background or knowledge of learning design, training/education, curriculum development and/or instructional design · Must have technology acumen, preferably experience in training or support roles, but minimally understand cloud technologies and distributed computing and relate back to IT role functions. · Operations management experience in a ticket-driven workload. · Current AWS Cloud Practitioner or other AWS Certification · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical industry work experiencePREFERRED
